We’ll start you off on your path to success as a new Assistant Manager with a paid training period, so that you acquire in depth knowledge of the function of each position within one of our store locations, as well as the specifics of Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House management, fully preparing you for your duties as an Assistant Manager.The Assistant Manager will be expected to:Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations while ensuring products are consistent with company quality standardsParticipate directly in customer service/production roles when neededMeet specific operational/profit & loss statement goals by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reportsThink quickly to resolve issues, both with customers and employeesEnsure facilities and equipment are maintained to corporate standardsMaintain team moraleCommunicate regularly and effectively with the District Supervisor to whom they reportCooperate with their District Supervisor to recruit, interview and hire team membersConduct store level training and development activitiesPurchase and maintain food, beverage and vending inventoriesMerchandise to promote salesEnsure that all staff members follow all regulations and requirementsPreferred qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States
