Personal Injury Attorney

Our law firm is growing and looking to add a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experienceWe are a growing team and are looking for an attorney who can handle pre-litigation cases and also litigation files. Trial experience is a plus. Responsibilities include providing oversight to office/legal staff and providing legal services to clients who have been injured by someone else's negligence or misconduct; preparing and reviewing demands, filing legal documents, complaints, motions, and briefs and negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate will possess negotiation skills; the ability to handle high pressure effectively, critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in teams. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is not required, but a huge plus.
