Attorney - Workers' Compensation

We are seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Today, TT&H has over 170 legal professionals in 13 offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. TT&H represents a variety of insurance and corporate clients in state and federal courts as well as private arbitration, administrative, and alternative dispute resolution forums.*Responsibilities*Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including attend hearings, depositions, and appeals.* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.* Advise clients on their rights and obligations under workers' compensation laws.* Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.* Maintain accurate case files and documentation.* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.*Requirements** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Admission to the Pennsylvania state bar.* 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.* Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.* Ability to manage a caseload independently.* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.* Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.*Compensation and Benefits*We offer competitive salaries, yearly bonuses, and paid time off.
