*Job Overview*Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our RC FAMILY legal team.Must be licensed to practice law. Must be a lawyer/attorney.The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in family law, including divorce, child support and custody cases.This role requires legal research skills, trial skills, and the ability to effectively manage cases from inception to resolution.The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide high-quality legal services.*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation.* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and family law instruments.* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary.* Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support in trial preparation.* Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations.* Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases and respond to inquiries.* Stay updated on changes in family laws relevant to our practice areas.*Skills** Strong understanding of family law.* Proficient in legal research methodologies using Westlaw.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for case analysis and document preparation.* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.* Proven organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.Join our dynamic team where your expertise will contribute significantly to our clients’ success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Commute:* Dallas, TX 75251 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Dallas, TX 75251: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
