What Youll Do:As a Therapist in our IHPTA program, youll:Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.Collaborate with clients, families, and agencies to assess needs and develop treatment plans.Travel to homes and community settings to provide hands-on support and guidance.Use evidence-based practices to foster emotional, social, and physical growth.Empower caregivers with skills in parenting, budgeting, home care, and employment.Provide crisis support and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Champion Trauma-Informed Care and represent Adelphoi professionally in meetings and court settings.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term success.
