Personal Injury Attorney

We are looking for an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in personal injury to join our team and help us continue to deliver high quality service to clients.*What you'll be doing:*It is a plus but not required that the candidate is well versed in all facets of litigation, including Texas Procedure, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, negotiating cases with insurance companies and defense counsel, attending court hearings, mediations and trials. The attorney will manage a dedicated staff of paralegals and support clerks and must possess very good case management and leadership skills, be very detail-oriented and have strong commitment to client service.*You’re also:*1-3 years experience.
