This position is based out of our Atlanta, Georgia office for full time, on-site. Hybrid options are open for discussion, depending on distance from the office [minimum of 3 days on site].*Key Responsibilities:** Manage a full caseload of litigation personal injury matters through settlement.* Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.* Maintain consistent communication with clients.* Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.* Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.* Monitor treatment progress and guide clients through the pre-litigation process.* Identify and escalate files that require litigation for optimal handling.* Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.*Qualifications:** Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.* Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience required.* Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.* Strong client service orientation and team mentality.* Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.*Compensation & Benefits:** Starting salary of $130,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.* Performance-based bonuses and long-term earning potential through a fee-sharing structure.* Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).* Paid vacation, holidays, bar dues, and MCLE.* Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.*Who We’re Looking For:*The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, client-focused attorney who thrives in a high-expectation, team-oriented environment.
