Drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop HVAC/R service technicians to meet performance and quality goalsOversee scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery for multiple client accountsManage commercial and industrial HVAC & refrigeration maintenance contracts and service callsEnsure accurate job costing, budget adherence, and profitabilityBuild strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral businessMonitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyEnsure OSHA and company safety compliance at all timesQualificationsProven leadership in commercial/industrial HVAC & refrigeration service managementStrong technical understanding of chillers, rooftop units, split systems, walk-in freezers, and refrigeration controlsExperience managing service teams and operational budgetsExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and industry regulationsWhy Join Us?
