As a full-service design-build company, we offer both commercial and residential expertise across Central PA and beyond.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.About the position...The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial, residential, and fit-out construction projects to include scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource management.Day-to-day management of assigned construction projects including but not limited to commercial, multi-family/residential, and fit-out projects from planning through turnover.Develop project schedules, distribute to stakeholders, and manage as necessary to meet key milestones.Coordinate with permitting officials to ensure permitting requirements are met, proper documents are submitted, and necessary inspections are carried out.Schedule and attend regular site visits to ensure safety, scope, and schedule compliance.Provide accurate and timely reporting of project metrics to key stakeholders.Coordinate with Superintendents, Foreman, Suppliers, and Contractors to ensure smooth logistical flow of materials and services.Coordinate with the Director of Construction, Design Manager, Chief Estimator, Ownership, and Partners for project forecasting, prioritizing, and planning.Work with Estimators, Designers, and other project support to formulate estimates for business and project planning.Coordinate with project teams and key stakeholders to develop accurate, comprehensive project budgets.Review plans and other project documentation to gain a deep understanding of project requirements.Prepare Invitations to Bid (ITBs) with clear scopes of work provided to potential bidders.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors.Navigate project folders and Sage to retrieve quotes, bids, and Purchase Order (PO) supporting documents.Communicate with Field Superintendents, PM’s, Contractors, and Vendors as required to ensure PO terms are met.What we are looking for from you...Must possess a valid Driver’s License5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience is requiredExperience in large scale multi-family/residential construction project management is a plusA strong understanding of modern construction methods and means is requiredComprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Outlook is requiredThe ability to read and interpret construction plans is requiredSafety Oriented – OSHA Certification is highly preferred but not requiredPMP certification, College Degree, or equivalent with a focus on Construction Project Management and Project Accounting is preferredExperience with construction management, estimating, and takeoff software is preferred - Bluebeam and Sage is a plusMust be highly organized and detail orientedHow you and your family can benefit from working with us...Company Vehicle and Fuel Card will be provided for this positionEmployer Paid Insurances - Short Term & Long Term Disability and Life InsuranceHealth Insurances Plans Available - Medical, Dental, and VisionRetirement Plan - 401K with Employer Match & Profit Sharing11 PTO days within the first 6 months of employment3 days of Wellness Hours - to use towards you and your family's health & wellbeing9 Company Paid Holidays!Stable, Growing, Successful company with over 48 years of success in the Greater Harrisburg area!Selected applicant will be subject to a background checkWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerTriple Crown Corporation is a drug-free workplace with a strict zero-tolerance policy.
