Scheduling CoordinatorA leading utility provider is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support field operations and customer communications for scheduled electrical work. This role serves as the frontline liaison for customer interactions—fielding inquiries, setting appointments, and supporting job schedulers with daily administrative and project coordination tasks.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and emailsAddress customer concerns when possible or delegate to appropriate internal teamsMaintain a detailed log of customer interactions and provide weekly reportingProactively contact customers during the scheduling process to provide clear instructions on pre-job requirements (e.g., inspections, account setup, physical prep work)Schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and create IVR (interactive voice response) appointmentsSupport schedulers in work packet creation, job card processing, and WO (Work Order) closeoutAssist in clearing job holds once verifiedSchedule temporary disconnectsInvestigate property damage claims and schedule work when PPL liability is confirmedRequirements:Strong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service or scheduling experience preferredAbility to multitask and manage administrative details in a high-volume environmentProficiency with scheduling systems or MS Office toolsAllied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
