Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, including utility systems, to ensure efficient and safe facility operations. This role includes managing maintenance team members, coordinating inspections and repairs, supporting external vendor visits, and maintaining a safe working environment.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily tasks of maintenance team members (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.)Oversee maintenance and inspections of key utility systems such as compressors, dryers, RTUs, HVAC, and related equipmentPlan and manage regular preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtimeManage attendance and working hours of maintenance team membersRespond promptly to urgent repair requests and resolve equipment failuresProvide on-site support when external service vendors visit, including guiding them to the correct location and explaining the issuesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performanceMonitor and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance suppliesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and participate in safety improvement activitiesCollaborate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to prioritize maintenance tasksProvide technical guidance and on-the-job training to maintenance team membersSupport installation, modification, or upgrades of new equipment or systemsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred)Hands-on experience with utility systems such as air compressors, dryers, RTUs, HVAC, etc.Experience managing maintenance team attendance and work assignmentsAbility to communicate technical issues and instructions with external service vendorsAbility to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and diagramsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsBasic proficiency in office software such as Excel and PowerPointHigh level of responsibility for safety awareness and accident prevention
