Associate Construction Project Manager

Requirements:Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.3-10 overall years of experience within construction management3-5 years of relevant Procore experience in Construction ManagementAbility to configure tools directly within Procore platformExperience with data management & data entryExperience working with financial budgetsExperience with purchase ordersBachelors degreePreferred:Procore CertificationsExperience implementing Procore (not just using the application)Masters degreeDay-to-Day:On a daily basis, this role involves tracking and reconciling budgets for capital and renovation projects, processing requisitions and invoices, and preparing financial forecasts and cash flow analyses. They will assist in transitioning to new project management software, generate financial reports across multiple systems, and ensure compliance with procurement and funding guidelines and working in the Procore system to create workflows. They will be spending time using Procore and doing configurations within the system.
