Location: Arcadia Orthopedics | Cedars-Sinai Medical NetworkWe are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team in Arcadia, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and patient-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced medical office or call center setting.Schedule: Day shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for patients both in-person and via phone.Greet patients, check them in/out, and assist with concerns or escalations.Collect and reconcile co-payments and issue receipts.Verify demographics, insurance, and benefits in CS-Link/Epic.Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and manage referrals/authorizations.Process patient/provider correspondence and explain clinic policies or procedures.Maintain a sanitized and organized workspace per department standards.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma.COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated + boosted).1+ year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting.1+ year of call center experience.Knowledge of medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years' experience as a Patient Services Representative.Experience with patient check-in process.Proficiency in Epic/CS-Link.
