Production Maintenance Supervisor

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, production equipment, and machinery including, but not limited to HVAC, chilled water systems, building lighting systems, electrical distribution, equipment installation, new building construction, grounds keeping, and overall facility appearance. Performs complex electrical installation and repair work. Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment and machinery.Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.ResponsibilitiesOversees and performs all supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff, which include scheduling, prioritizing and assigning work, training, hiring, and addressing and/or documenting performance or disciplinary issues.Prior leadership experience required.Reviews work orders and other work requests. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to production and building maintenance.Education, Experience, CertificationsBachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline preferredHigh School Diploma with Industrial Maintenance courseworkProven experience in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of PLCs, HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and electrical and mechanical equipmentCompetencies, Skills, KnowledgeExcellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, CMMS
