Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules. Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry. Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders. Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Mid or Senior) to join the Boeing Technology Innovation team working in Huntington Beach, CA; or Greater Seattle Area, WA.A successful candidate will develop and manage project schedules. Support Project Managers by providing schedule analysis based on project status, developing mitigation plans as required. And generate "what if" scenarios for Project Manager as requested.Position Responsibilities:Leads a team of schedulers based on program prioritiesOversees integration of multiple schedules and manages key handoffsOversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.R&D focused.Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zonesExperience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselinesExperienced in managing complex integrated schedules, earned value management system (EVMS), using scheduling tools (ex.
