Title: Travel & Expense Coordinator Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 - HybridDuration: 3-Month Project (Potential to Extend)Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMIs this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Note: The Main work location for the JP is in North Carolina, but there is an office location in White Plains, NY, where a candidate can work.JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary:We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative III to join our team in support of global corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) initiatives.This individual will play a key role in the implementation and support of our corporate card programs and related systems, including Concur Expense, SAP, and Citibank Corporate Cards.The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Global T&E and the Supervisor, Global Card & Expense, supporting a variety of tasks related to the implementation, customer service inquiries, communications, and administrative processes for our global T&E and Purchasing Card programs.Key Responsibilities:Assist with corporate card implementation activities across global markets, including:Expansion of P-Card marketsTransition of legacy Evoqua employees to Xylem's corporate card providerServe as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to corporate card and T&E systemsDraft and distribute communications regarding card programs and expense policy updatesProvide administrative and system support for:Concur Expense (Site Administration)SAP Expense ModulesCitibank Corporate Card integrationCollaborate on the Concur Transformation Project, contributing to planning and system updates as assignedSupport internal teams with training, documentation, and onboarding as neededPerform other duties and special projects as directedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldPrevious experience in corporate card programs (Citibank preferred)Familiarity with SAP and Concur Expense platformsStrong customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Concur Expense Site AdministrationPrevious experience working in a global or enterprise-level organizationPrior involvement in T&E system transformations or implementationsAdmin Customer Service experienceWriting Skills
