You'll play a key role in driving manufacturing efficiency and empowering executive decision-making through data-driven financial insights.Operations Financial Analyst Responsibilities:Manage monthly closing activities, including inventory reserves, statistical key figure updates, and adjustments to ensure accurate cost and asset reportingPrepare and deliver financial reports for plant leadership, S&OP meetings, global reviews, and auditorsSupport annual budgeting and forecasting by working closely with cost center owners and senior finance leadersValidate productivity projects, analyze CAPEX spending, and monitor plant costs and assets for financial oversightReview P&L and balance sheet statements to ensure accuracy and complianceBenchmark costs, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across operationsOperations Financial Analyst Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, index match, xlookup, modeling, power query)SAP experience required; strong understanding of manufacturing finance environments essentialAbility to analyze and summarize complex data into clear business insightsExcellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across all levelsAbility to travel up to 20%, including overnight staysDetail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellenceJoin a company where innovation meets impact.
