Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager or Wholesale Broker to join our team and support the servicing and retention of a wholesale Property & Casualty book of business. This role involves close collaboration with carrier underwriters and retail agents, oversight of the renewal process, and handling of day-to-day service needs including but not limited to quoting, binding, endorsement processing and handling policy inquiries. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client relationships, policy retention, and operational efficiency in a professional and fast-paced environment.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Flex Work: Out of state remote candidates will be accepted; New York applicants must work 1 day per week in the office.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with carrier underwriters and retail agents to service and retain a wholesale book of business.Review renewals to ensure competitive pricing; remarket with alternate carriers when appropriate.Manage the full renewal process, including quoting, binding, processing endorsements and handling loss control recommendations.Foster and maintain strong broker relationships to drive policy retention and business growth.Respond promptly to broker coverage inquiries and carrier underwriter information and/or documentation requests.Accurately maintain documentation and update systems (e.g., document management systems) in a timely and organized manner.Support ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Required Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance, preferably in a wholesale environment, with strong underwriting knowledge.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Solid understanding of commercial Property & Casualty insurance lines, including but not limited to Real Estate, Restaurants & Hospitality, Contracting, Manufacturing and Distribution risksStrong knowledge of coverage forms, rating procedures and carrier submission requirements.Experience with agency management systems such as Applied EPIC and/or TAM is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with quoting and rating on carrier portals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Active Property & Casualty Broker's License required (state-specific license must be in good standing). Benefits:·        100% paid health insurance for employee only coverage·        Generous vacation and sick time·        Flexible work arrangements
