The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to effectively interface with customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to establish project plans, schedules, key milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer commitments.Lead regular project meetings with key stakeholders, including internal leadership and customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for project updates, changes, and coordination.Provide consistent and transparent project updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring all key information is tracked and communicated effectively.Monitor and report on project health, including current performance metrics, future goals, and timely escalation of issues to management.Contribute to a collaborative, motivated team culture, providing support where needed to achieve company and project objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).Proven experience managing projects from initiation to implementation, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with customers and leadership.Self-driven, motivated, and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
