We provide legal services to mortgage servicers in the area of foreclosures and bankruptcies. We also offer PTO, 9 paid holidays, and a 401(k).*Summary:* Act as an Arizona attorney who represents TMLF and TMLF clients in legal issues, trustee's Sales, bankruptcy, evictions, excess proceeds, and litigation matters as assigned. Will also work with TMLF team on internal case processing.*Duties** Efficient management of multiple legal issues, trustee's Sales, bankruptcy, evictions, excess proceeds, and other litigation matters as assigned.* Timely preparation of high-quality letters, emails, trustee's sales documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, disclosure, and appellate briefs as assigned.* Provides excellent customer service to clients.* Maintains a high level of ethical standards.* Attend court hearings, mediations, trials, and oral arguments as required.* Initial intake and preparation of strategy analysis of new cases assigned.* Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Arizona Managing Attorney.* Accurate recording of billable work performed.* Commitment to continued education/learning by attending CLEs, etc.* Ability to comprehend complex matters, to identify and to articulate core issues, and to understand applicable legal principles.* Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.* Possess keen eye for detail, coupled with exceptional research and proofreading abilities.* Thorough knowledge of the legal procedures and current developments.* Working knowledge of computers and common programs, along with the ability to maintain, update and modify documents.* Possess relevant technology competencies such as Westlaw and time-billing software.* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.* High degree of motivation and integrity as it relates to work-product.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.* Proven time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize issues and tasks.* Effective written and oral communication skills.* Other duties may be assigned.*Requirements** This position requires a _Juris Doctorate_, Arizona State Bar license in good standing and 1-4 years of experience working for mortgage servicers.* Other skills required: Possess relevant technology competencies such as Microsoft Office, Westlaw and time-billing software.* Experience with evictions and/or bankruptcies a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible schedule* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
