Location: Lewisville, TX Contract Length: 6+ Months Pay Rate: $26/hour Job Description: We are seeking a Remarketing Analyst to join our team in Lewisville, TX, on a 6+ month contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service and administrative experience, with exposure to financial services, remarketing, automotive, or auction environments. This role requires excellent communication and conflict management skills to handle customer disputes and escalations effectively. Responsibilities:Support remarketing activities by performing administrative duties and coordinating across internal teams and external partners.Manage customer inquiries, disputes, and escalations through professional oral and written communication, applying de-escalation techniques as needed.Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely resolution of issues.Utilize Microsoft Office programs to track, document, and manage multiple processes in a high-volume environment.Apply strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide problem-solving support.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables and processes.Qualifications:3-5 years' experience in financial services; remarketing, automotive, or auction experience preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills with proven conflict management abilities.Customer service experience in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.Demonstrated time management and relationship-building skills.Effective negotiation, investigation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Bachelor's degree preferred.
