This leader reports to the Executive Pastor and provides the systems, stewardship, and strategy that empower ministry and fuel Kingdom Impact.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership - Oversee budgeting, reporting, cash flow, audits, and financial systems. Provide timely insights to guide wise decisions and sustain mission growth.Operational Excellence - Direct day-to-day operations including facilities, compliance, risk management, and vendor relationships. Ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and mission-focused.Human Resources Leadership - Lead HR systems and practices, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, compliance, staff development, and performance management. Partner with pastors, directors, and managers to build a healthy, engaged, and high-performing team culture.Strategic Projects - Provide leadership in campus expansion, facilities development, systems development, and other growth initiatives.Stewardship & Generosity - Partner with the Executive Pastor to support a culture of generosity and financial discipleship.The FitWe're looking for someone who is:Deeply committed to Christ and aligned with Centerpoint's mission.Experienced in finance, operations, and HR leadership (with 5+ years of experience in senior financial/operational/HR management (nonprofit or church experience a plus).Both analytical and relational "” able to handle complex systems while collaborating well with pastors, staff, and volunteers.A problem-solver who thrives on building systems, stewarding resources, and enabling others to focus on ministry.Able to handle sensitive information with wisdom, discretion, and confidentiality while making decisions objectively to best serve the people and the mission.QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related fieldStrong understanding of nonprofit or church finance and HR compliance.Proven experience in hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development.Demonstrated integrity, wisdom, and a servant-hearted approach to leadership.Active and growing relationship with Jesus; committed to the life and mission of Centerpoint Church.Experience negotiating, reviewing, and executing contracts with vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure clarity, compliance, and value for the ministry.Why Join Us?At Centerpoint, you'll find more than a role"”you'll find purpose.
