This role will focus primarily on multifamily transactions. Responsibilities will include overseeing the underwriting process, creation and execution of marketing collateral, process execution, and providing hands-on training and oversight of a team of Analysts.Essential Functions Function as an integral part of deal team and have ability to effectively interface with senior management and clientsManagement of comprehensive real estate valuation and transaction structure analysis with support from team of AnalystsFinancial underwriting, due diligence review and transaction executionPrepare presentations and other materials for clients, including pitch, proposal, and marketing collateralFacilitate client meetings and entertainment eventsMentor and instruct Analysts and other team members on tools and methods for underwriting, creation of marketing collateral, and otherwise executing their responsibilitiesEducation Qualifications3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, advisory, or a combination of bothPrior work experience with institutional-grade multifamily assets is preferredExperience, Skills and Competencies RequiredAdvanced Excel financial modeling skills and strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to conceptualize real estate investment opportunities within the framework of relevant microeconomic and macroeconomic factorsDemonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight time framesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.Willingness to perform in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environmentEastdil Secured requires each non-administrative exempt staff member to be licensed as appropriate in the respective regionOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
