A global investment management firm headquartered in Santa Monica is looking for a driven Senior Compliance Associate to join their growing team. With $15B+ AUM, this firm specializes in credit-related investments, prioritizing and flexible, value-oriented approach across public and private markets. This role will report into the SVP Compliance, performed on a hybrid schedule. The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.The Senior Compliance Associate will be involved in various aspects of the program, including but not limited to : Updates/Maintenence of policies and proceduresReviewing marketing materialsRegulatory filings such as Form ADV & PFCode of Ethics AdministrationCompliance TrainingsIdeal Qualifications : Bachelors Degree required, advanced degree a plus3+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge of SEC rules and regulationsPrior experience reviewing marketing materials strongly preferredHard working, eager to learn, strong critical thinking skillsCompensation is dependant on experience.
