Legal Support Specialist

ATA Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Legal Support Specialist to work a short-term assignment in Little Rock, AR . This role is in-person, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, $15.00 an hour. Review and record incoming appeals for employee grievances and other programs.2. Process incoming documents and correspondence for court and legal action.3. Answer phones and contact parties or customers regarding questions or issues related to employee grievances and other programs.4. Receive and process requests for parties regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.5. Issue and process subpoenas.6. Draft various legal memorandum and documents regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.7.
