We are recruiting wealth advisors for our LA County, Orange County, and San Diego County branches and commercial offices. Columbia Wealth Advisors is part of Columbia Bank. Our broker dealer is Raymond James, FID. We currently manage over $2.7B in client assets. Our advisors manage an average of $100M each and our average T12 is around $575K.Our advisors have the ability to work with any client regardless of their size because we don't establish asset minimums, and we don't require clients to be passed to other business units at a certain level - No Line in The Sand.About the RoleAn advisor with the ability to work with retail and commercial bankers has a tremendous opportunity to work with bankers hungry to introduce their clients to wealth managers. Pacific Premier Bank did not have wealth advisors to work with their clients before becoming part of Columbia Bank. This represents a tremendous opportunity for an advisor coming into the program. Our culture is one of collaboration and synergy within all the banks business units. We have a strict "No Jerks" policy.
