Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Client Migration Support & Execution Team, supporting high-touch client migrations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, facilitating account creation, data migration, documentation collection, and back-office coordination. You will be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their transition to new platforms in Merchant Services, Treasury Services, and Digital Design.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Relationship Specialist, providing white-glove service to high-net-worth clients.Serve as the single-point-of-contact for clients during migration and implementation.Coordinate client outreach (calls, emails, meetings), reporting, and tracking.Facilitate documentation collection and entitlement setup.Perform manual data entry for client migration and post-conversion support.Provide Level 1 triage and help desk coordination.Manage migration queues and mailboxes with strong organizational skills.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and track activities to closure.Forecast and track surge support needs weekly and monthly.Support client training teams with relevant materials and insights.Ensure compliance with bank guidelines and mandates throughout the process.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.Required Experience & Skills5+ years of experience as a Junior Banker, Relationship Specialist, or Call Center Professional serving high-net-worth clients.Proven experience in client onboarding, product migrations, or similar initiatives.Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Critical thinking, negotiation, and dispute resolution abilities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to simplify and communicate complex procedures.Hands-on, proactive mindset with dependable problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Windows and Office; ability to manage multiple applications.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree.Bi-lingual speaker.Experience with client onboarding, implementations, and migrations.Work ScheduleFlexible start times between 3 AM and 7 AM CST, based on business needs.Candidates must be adaptable to early shifts and changing schedules.Who Are We?Mphasis is a leading IT solutions provider offering Applications, BPO, and Infrastructure services globally.
