Location: Dallas, TexasIf you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.Summary:A multi-strategy Hedge-Fund is hiring an Equity Analyst to join a newly launched REITs-focused team. This buildout is being led by a Portfolio Manager with a long-standing track record of success, who recently joined the firm and is assembling a high-performing group from the ground up. The analyst will work directly under the PM, contributing to idea generation, research, and portfolio construction.Key Responsibilities:Conduct deep fundamental research on Financials, with a focus on REITs.Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks.Track macro trends, competitive dynamics, and sector-specific developments.Participate in meetings with management teams, industry experts, and external research providers.Support the PM in portfolio construction, risk management, and ongoing thesis development.Qualifications:2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in buy-side equity research, or investment banking.Strong modeling and analytical skills; familiarity with financial statements and valuation techniques.Excellent communication skills and intellectual curiosity.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a proven investor and help shape a new team within a dynamic and growing platform.
