In this role, you will work alongside senior loan officers while building your own book of business. Responsibilities include:Supporting loan officers in originating mortgage loans and gathering financial and credit documentationMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelinesMaking outbound calls and conducting outreach to prospective borrowersLeveraging personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunitiesConsistently engaging with clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners to build long-term relationshipsTrue Prime Mortgage provides training, mentorship, marketing content, and the potential to sponsor licensing for the right candidate.QualificationsAbility to generate business through outbound outreach and personal networksSelf-starter with strong drive, motivation, and entrepreneurial spiritKnowledge of mortgage lending concepts and underwriting processes (preferred, but not required)Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field (preferred, but not required)Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plusCompensationCommission-based onlyLicensing sponsorship available for qualified candidatesSalary + Commission + Bonus for the right candidatesCall for more details
