Salary Range : $80000/ annually - $95000/annually with benefitsIn order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Job Description The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting will support close and consolidation activities within the Corporate Controllership function. This role is responsible for preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal reporting deliverables to ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial results. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, the analyst will lead critical aspects of the monthly close process while contributing to process documentation, system updates, and reporting accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly journal entries for foreign exchange, allocations, and top-side adjustments in enterprise financial systemsLoad and reconcile financial data in consolidation tools; investigate and resolve mapping errorsMaintain the financial close tracker, update status logs, and follow up on outstanding issuesComplete assigned account reconciliations and assist in resolving aged or unreconciled itemsAssist in preparing variance analysis templates and support reviews of key income statement and balance sheet accountsTrack and input non-cash activity to support preparation of the cash flow statementSupport the preparation of internal consolidated reports and leadership presentationsCollaborate with financial systems teams to validate mapping changes or updatesRespond to audit requests by gathering supporting documentation and managing request listsMaintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation; identify areas for automation or process improvementParticipate in recurring financial close meetings and collaborate with controllership and business unit teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred2+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditExperience in a public company environment or with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plusStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and SOX complianceFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial consolidation softwareExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and financial integrityAdditional InformationHybrid work arrangement with in-office presence required several days per weekEligible for comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and educational support
