Job Title: Warehouse SupervisorHit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Location: Must be commutable to New Castle, DESalary: $70,000 to $80,000 base salary + comprehensive additional benefitsIrving Knight are partnered with a leading manufacturer of consumer electrical goods seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 30+ staff and support their expanding operations, reporting directly to their Warehouse Manager and Site Director Responsibilities:Supervise team of 30+ staff Oversee a warehouse which is 200,000 sq. ft and a production facility which is 30,000 sq. ftOversee and manage all warehouse functions including production, shipping, inventory management, and receivingManage and maintain warehouse machinery and heavy equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records, implement inventory control measures, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillmentPromote a safe and compliant work environment ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsSet clear goals, monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed targets in order to drive operational excellenceRequirements:Warehouse supervisory experience with a strong background in production, shipping, receiving, and inventory managementStrong knowledge of warehouse systems Proven track record leading and supervising teamsStrong knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment and machinery e.g. forklifts, conveyors, loaders, box erectors, hoppers, excavators, and loaders.Highly desirable certifications include but are not required- OSHA certification, Lean Six Sigma, and Equipment certifications
