This individual will help identify inefficiencies, assess risk, and present data-driven strategies to improve overall business operations. The role requires a balance of technical analysis and strong communication with stakeholders and executives.Major Responsibilities:Monitor ongoing projects to ensure alignment with business goals and timelinesReview financial reports and analyze trends to support planning decisionsEvaluate existing business processes and propose improvementsProvide support in managing cross-functional projectsIdentify and assess risks, proactively working with project managers to mitigate issuesCreate and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to executive leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Business Management, Finance, or related field3+ years of experience in Business Planning, Business Analysis, or a similar fieldStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plusDeep understanding of business management, forecasting, and strategic planningStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexible and effective in fast-paced environmentsBilingual in English and Korean
