The position reports directly to the Director of OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesForecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levelsPlace, track, and manage purchase ordersCoordinate manufacturing schedulesOverseas manufacturers to meet deadlinesBuild and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and fulfillment partnersMonitor vendor performance and address supply chain issues proactivelyReconciling account balancesAssist Director of Operations with all business-related tasks and projectsSupport strategic planning and process improvement initiativesAct as decision-maker in the Director's absenceLiaison with finance to facilitate payments and collections.Collaborate with customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillmentIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks quicklyPerform other related duties as requiredSkillsStrong work ethic and technical skillsStrong communication skills: capable of presenting information in an easy-to-understand formatExperience with inventory managementAdvanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsMust organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projectsAble to work and function effectively in a fast-paced environmentQuickBooks experience a plusCompensation/BenefitsBase Salary: $50-60kMedical/Dental/Vision insurance401(k)401(k) matching
