Personal Injury Associate Attorney- Plaintiff

Job Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate AttorneyLocation: Fort Lee, NJ (Onsite)Experience: 2+ yearsThe information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.About our client:Our client is a well-established and respected plaintiff's personal injury law firm based in Fort Lee, NJ and in NY city. They are looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney with the ability to independently and proactively manage a caseload of 75-100 files from intake through settlement or trial. This role is fully onsite in our Fort Lee office and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft and file Complaints, Motions, and responsive pleadings.Prepare and respond to Discovery, including drafting and reviewing discovery demands and responses.Draft Specials packages, Arbitration submissions, Mediation statements, Friendly Hearing materials, Trial packages, Releases, and settlement documents.Assist with trial preparation and trial work (trial experience is a plus but not required).Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus).2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $130k-$180k base.
