In this pivotal role, you will manage the estimator and tech support person.Responsibilities of the Customer Service ManagerManage a quoting specialist and tech support personGuide outside sales reps to log tickets properlyConduct operational audits and standardize templates within the CRM and HubSpotMap end to end work-flows to identify bottlenecks and improve productivityHelp integrate QuickBooks for financial accuracy in quoting and project trackingLead bi-weekly coaching for sales reps on using design toolsQualifications of the Customer Service Manager5 years + customer management experience in a manufacturing environment, managing customer databasesHands-on expertise in QuickBooks, CRM, and/or SalesforceHubSpot experience for ticket management and lead trackingProven track record in sales team coordination and process optimization in high-volume quoting/project environments.Strong math and advanced Excel proficiency for quote accuracy, error analysis, and dashboard creation; familiarity with manufacturing softwareAssertive influencer with conflict resolution expertiseCollaborative yet results-oriented to build rapport and align with a hands-off GM.Title: Customer Service ManagerSalary: $80,000 - $90,000Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Location: Chelmsford, MAOnsite, direct hire
