This role is essential in supporting daily business operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating with managers and repair technicians, processing purchase orders, managing email correspondence, and completing data entry tasks. Additional administrative duties will include preparing and maintaining documents, organizing files, supporting internal reporting, and assisting with general office coordination.This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
