If youre looking for a role where your leadership and coaching skills directly impact the success of multiple teams, this is it.What Youll DoLead & SupportOversee daily operations for two affordable housing communities.Mentor and support newer Managers at smaller sitesproviding guidance, best practices, and hands-on problem solving.Develop team members through regular coaching, feedback, and skills training to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.Operational & Financial OversightAchieve budgeted performance goals by analyzing financials, optimizing rents, reducing delinquency, and managing expenses.Partner with maintenance teams to ensure strong curb appeal, timely work order completion, and safe, welcoming environments.Monitor occupancy, leasing velocity, and retentionidentifying opportunities to improve results across the portfolio.Compliance & Resident ExperienceEnsure full compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing program requirements.Oversee leasing, recertifications, inspections, and reporting with precision.Champion a concierge-level resident experience by fostering responsiveness, proactive communication, and personalized service.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with SAILs centralized support teams to streamline processes and share operational insights.Maintain strong relationships with Regional & Director providing timely updates and participating in property tours and meetings.Why Join SAIL?Were not just a property management companywere a relationship-driven team thats redefining what affordable housing operations look like.
