This position will focus on start-up, processing, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment. This position is Direct Hire, 2-2-3 12hr night shift (With possible OT on Sundays). The pay range is $30 - $36/hr ($1 Shift differential) depending on experience.What They Offer:Full benefits package Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401k MatchVacation TimeCareer growthOnsite Nurse 2 days a week available to all employeesWhat You Need:High School Diploma/GED required (technical training or certifications preferred)58 years of experience working with high-tonnage injection molding machines (1,0004,000 tons)Experience with robot programming (Fanuc & Kuka preferred)Strong troubleshooting skills in molding processes and equipmentKnowledge of commodity and engineering-grade resinsWhat Your Role Will Look Like:The Injection Molding Process Tech will be responsible for ensuring high-quality molding processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a vertically integrated manufacturing environment.Perform start-up and processing of molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipmentSet up and sample new, transferred, and modified moldsMonitor part quality and make process adjustments to correct issuesTroubleshoot and debug molding and robotic processes to maintain production standardsWork with tooling, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve problemsSupport design, prototyping, and quotation efforts when neededEnsure compliance with ISO policies, procedures, and safety protocolsMaintain documentation, complete production reports, and communicate effectively across teamsUphold housekeeping and safety standardsAbout HTIHuman Technologies, Inc.
