Make a Lasting Impact in Early Childhood EducationCategory: Education/Training/CoachingRemote Type: In-state RemoteEarly Learning Ventures (ELV), a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality Early Care and Education (ECE). Through our innovative shared services model, we streamline business operations for providershelping them strengthen their businesses, save time and money, and focus on what matters most: delivering quality care to children.With the support of an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships (EHS-CCP) grant, ELV and our collaborators provide comprehensive early childhood services to eligible children in six Colorado counties. By leveraging shared resources, we help providers and families achieve better outcomes and stronger communities.Were seeking a Child Care Partnership Specialist to join our team and work directly with assigned partner sites to ensure full implementation of Early Head Start services. This role blends leadership development, professional development, family engagement, and community collaboration. Youll be the bridge between ELVs program management and local child care centersempowering providers, supporting families, and advancing early childhood quality across Colorado.What Youll DoServe as a liaison between ELV program management and assigned child care partner sites.Provide coaching and technical assistance to site leaders on management, operations, and compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS).Guide quality improvement projects and ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.Support teachers and directors through training, credentialing, and Practice-Based Coaching.Implement family engagement programs, including home visits, parent-teacher conferences, and community events aligned with the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework.Collaborate with partners and community providers to deliver comprehensive health, nutrition, and disabilities services.Document and track child, family, and program data using the Alliance CORE database.Positively represent ELV in the community and strengthen partnerships with other organizations.What Were Looking ForEducation: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Welfare, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience: At least 2 years in human services, including 1 year in an early childhood setting.Knowledge of Early Childhood Development practices, case management, and community engagement.Proven leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with child care providers, parents, and partners.Current Colorado Coaching Credential (or willingness to obtain).Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, and Alliance CORE (or willingness to learn).Strong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach.Additional DetailsTravel: Local in-county travel up to 60%; out-of-county up to 10%.Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Why Join Us?At ELV, youll be part of a mission-driven team working to transform early childhood education in Colorado.
