Looking for both a Processing and Closing Specialist. The company aims to provide a more transparent and simplified real estate transaction experience through its use of technology. They distinguish themselves by offering a flat, all-inclusive escrow fee and by highlighting their leadership team's extensive experience in the industry.Location: Westlake Village, CASchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate: Startingat$22 per hour (DOE)Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for scheduling signings, reviewing files for accuracy, identifying possible clouds on title, preparing affidavits and payoff statements, and coordinating with notaries and clients to ensure smooth and accurate processing. The Processing Specialist will also provide essential support to the Closing Specialist and team.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate signings with clients and notaries, ensuring all proper documents are providedCommunicate with borrowers, buyers, lenders, sellers, creditors, and agents as neededRespond promptly to client emails and phone callsPrepare/order deeds, subordinations, and affidavitsEnter figures on HUD Settlement Statements accuratelyDeliver documents to all transaction partiesFollow up on the recording of documentsProvide support to the Closing Specialist and assist the team with additional tasks as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experienceIndustry experience in mortgage, escrow, title, or banking is a plusExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe ReaderStrong organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform in high-pressure environmentsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamBenefits upon hire:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401K with company contributionPaid time off & holidaysProfit sharing and moreThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the mortgage, escrow, or title industry.
