You'll work closely with clients and appraisers to place orders efficiently, ensuring every appraisal meets client needs and company standards. What You'll DoReview orders for completenessPlace orders with appraisers with urgencyMake informed assignment decisions based on market knowledge and client requirementsCommunicate effectively with clients and appraisers via system messages, email, and phoneBuild lasting relationships with appraisers, clients, and team members through respectful, detailed communicationFollow lender directives and adapt to changes to meet client expectationsManage risk by ensuring compliance with all documentation and communication standardsCollaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience: Experience is a must!
