Business / Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager - Brother Motorsports, Baxter, MNBrother Motorsports in Baxter, MN is seeking a motivated and professional candidate to join our team in the Business / F&I Office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in finance, banking, or sales and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Present and sell Finance & Insurance products such as extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other coverage options to ensure customers are well-protected and confident in their purchase.Secure the most competitive financing options tailored to each customer's needs while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.Provide a clear explanation of all financing terms and protection options to build trust and long-term customer relationships.Manage vehicle titling, registration, and all compliance requirements in accordance with state and federal regulations.Consistently achieve sales goals for F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.Employee Benefits Include:Health InsuranceMatching 401(k)Profit SharingPaid VacationCompetitive Compensation PackageMake sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.Job Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance, Banking, Automotive/Powersports Sales, or related field.Proven ability to sell finance & insurance (F&I) products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong knowledge of financing options, lending practices, and compliance regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage contracts, documents, and titling/registration accurately.Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor with a customer-first attitude.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (preferred).Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.Strong ethical standards and commitment to following all state and federal regulations.Valid driver's license.Compensation details: 60000-100000PI20049b5c0382-37344-38614394
