Job Title: Assistant Program Director (Part-Time, Long-Term Opportunity) Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Part-Time | Contract (through December 23, 2025, with possible extension) Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMSubmit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.About the RolePride Health is seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Director to oversee case management services and support adults who have experienced homelessness and mental illness. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. In the absence of the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director will supervise staff alongside the Regional Director.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise program staff delivering case management and program services (individual & group)Audit and review consumer progress notes and service plans with clinical staffEnsure service plans meet agency, OMH, and HUD standardsCoordinate client placements for treatment, volunteer, or program activitiesSupport intake, interviewing, and orientation of new tenantsParticipate in crisis intervention and provide emergency coverage as neededCollaborate with Facilities staff to maintain housing/apartment complianceBuild community partnerships and represent the agency externallyConduct staff supervisory meetings and maintain documentationOther related duties as assignedQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Human Services (or related field)Strong mental health experienceExcellent organizational, documentation, and supervisory skillsAbility to work independently and manage staff effectivelyDetail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing quality supportPreferred:Master's degree and license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)Bilingual (English/Spanish)Experience working with diverse populations or additional training (e.g., Behavior Tech)Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
