Maimonides Health is seeking a dynamic Director, Strategic Initiatives & Analytics to lead our enterprise reporting and market intelligence efforts. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of data analytics and strategic planning, directly supporting C-suite decision-making and organizational growth.As our Director, you'll be the architect of our strategic reporting framework, developing critical insights that shape the future of our healthcare organization. Your expertise will drive:Executive Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly executive dashboards and enterprise outpatient reports that inform leadership decisions.Strategic Planning: Prepare quarterly trend analysis and conduct comprehensive market assessments using internal and external data tools.Regulatory Leadership: Lead coordination of regulatory reporting requirements, including annual AHA surveys and compliance initiatives.Data Governance: Champion data accuracy and consistency across business intelligence platforms while maintaining enterprise reporting standards.Cross-functional Partnership: Provide analytical expertise to operational and financial teams, supporting departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives.We require:Master's Degree.Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare experience.Strategy and business intelligence background preferred.Proven track record in data-driven decision support.Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data modeling; expert-level Excel capabilities.Experience with business intelligence platforms and data governance.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams.Ready to Make an Impact?
