The ideal candidate will deliver and evaluate occupational health and safety training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, subject-matter expertise in OSHA and workplace safety standards, and the ability to engage participants across diverse industries.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and conduct safety training programs (in-person and virtual).Deliver OSHA-authorized training courses and specialized safety modules.Assess training needs and customize materials for specific industries.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA, etc.).Support workplace safety audits and provide recommendations.Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and best practices.QualificationsCertified OSHA Outreach Trainer (Construction and/or General Industry preferred).Minimum three (3) years of experience in occupational safety, training, or related field.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and travel as needed.Additional certifications (e.g., CSP, CHST, CPR/First Aid Instructor) are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Professional development and certification reimbursement.Opportunities for growth in a mission-driven organization.Company Car
