This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to contribute to meaningful government initiatives while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Were looking for someone with strong legal research capabilities, a detail-oriented mindset, and the organizational savvy to support legal and programmatic functions at the highest level.What You'll DoAs a Senior Paralegal, you'll play a key role in supporting legal program areas across a wide range of activities from legal research to event coordination. Your work will help ensure legal processes run smoothly, and that training, documentation, and administrative systems are sharp, clear, and effective.Core ResponsibilitiesLegal Program SupportConduct legal research using legal databases and public information toolsDraft, edit, and prepare legal documentation, exhibits, charts, and memorandaAssist attorneys and federal personnel in meetings and consultationsDevelop training content and materials for events, webinars, and conferencesTrack and manage surveys, evaluations, and responsesCoordinate responses with US Attorneys for Congressional InquiriesAdministrative & Operational SupportHandle scheduling, calendar management, document control, and travel coordinationRecord meeting minutes and assist with document collection and file preparationInput and analyze data using databases, spreadsheets, and SharePointVet and respond to internal and external inquiries by phone and emailCreate and distribute electronic Newsletter.Event & Training CoordinationCoordinate with subject matter experts and speakers for legal trainings/eventsManage logistics: schedule invites, reserve venues, and ensure technology is workingMaintain accurate training records and draft promotional materialsAttend and support training sessions and webinars as neededWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years of paralegal experience(A Master's degree may substitute for work experience)Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C). Requirements are as follows:Must NOT be in default on any Federal Student Loans or defaulted loans that are guaranteed by the federal government (typically 270 days past due)Must be a US CitizenFelonies or misdemeanors within the last 7 years could cause an issue in obtaining a security clearanceApplicants who have monies in non-medical Collections exceeding $7,500 could also cause an issue in obtaining the required security clearance.PreferredJuris Doctor (JD) or Paralegal Certificate(Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of certification)Why Join CRI?At CRI, we believe in empowering professionals to contribute to meaningful work that supports our nation.
