The ability to prepare pleadings, discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial and/or trial experience are preferred but not essential. Strong research and writing skills are preferred, along with some familiarity with medical records. You will have extensive client interaction and be surrounded by many talented, experienced attorneys who can mentor you.
