This position will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including material, equipment, subcontractors, and labor. While there are specific responsibilities and expectations described below, it is essential that the Project Superintendent be organized, possess good judgment skills, communicate effectively, and have technical knowledge of earthwork, drainage, structural concrete, drilled shafts, etc.QUALIFICATIONS:Civil Engineering or construction-related degree preferred with no less than 10 years of progressive responsibility supervising construction projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask on complex projects 10+ years construction-related experience Able to meet deadlines and driven to closure Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications
