We are currently sourcing for a Technology Enablement Analyst to work in Westlake, TX!The RoleWe lead all aspects of technology operations in more than 200 local Investor Centers across the United States. We are pivotal partners, translating associate and business needs into actionable solutions that deliver tangible value across all technology capabilities and platforms.The Value you DeliverProvide visibility of overall health of the Investor Center IT environment (infrastructure, end user compute, business applications) and visualize the impact to business servicesPredict issues, minimize user impact and speed remediation of IT break/fixIdentify and guide continual IT service improvement needs. Analyze these needs to ensure they align with business objectives and are feasible within a given technology's products scopeBuild detailed user stories that outline specific IT functionalities from the associate's perspectiveDefine acceptance criteria that determine when a user story is considered complete and ready for releaseEngage with IT Product Teams, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure requirements and solutions meet operations standards, legal/regulatory requirements and minimize potential risks to the firmParticipate in business acceptance testing to ensure that the IT solutions meet the defined requirementsDevelop and implement strategies for introducing new IT products or features to associatesAnalyze associate data and feedback to gauge the efficiency of solutions and identify areas for improvementReport findings to partners to advise future project decisions and strategies.Provide a deep understanding of how the IT products workDocument and explain these IT concepts clearly, bridging the gap between associates and development teamsThe Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's degree requiredA passion for bringing together people, process, and technology needs to serve associates3+ years of IT support and system/business analysis experienceExperience with successful development, delivery and production support of IT solutionsExcel at forming relationships and networks; influencing others to achieving outcomesAbility to navigate within a highly complicated, matrixed environmentCuriosity regarding digital user experience, associate technology and industry trendsAbility to break down sophisticated problems into manageable components, synthesizing data-driven insights into clear takeaways to drive informed decision-making and solutionsExcels in ambiguity and change, and able to quickly adapt and adjust approach to accommodate shifting priorities or new informationIT experience in one of more of the following disciplines: IT Infrastructure; End User Computing; Software Development; IT Operations; Observability and MonitoringThe TeamOur purpose is to improve the associates experience and boost efficiency, so they can help more people.
