Our client is searching for a Payroll and Time Administrator. The Payroll and Time Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll and time-related functions for the field teams. The role will involve ensuring accurate payroll processing, analyzing time and compensation data, and supporting payroll compliance. You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPayroll and Time Processing:Oversee payroll submission processes for field merchandisers and distribution center employees, including data input, calculations, and deductions.Coordinate with managers to ensure all timecards have been submitted successfully for weekly payroll processing. Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, including bonuses and incentives.Data Reporting:Generate regular payroll, time, and compensation reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance.Employee Inquiries:Serve as a point of contact for field employees regarding payroll and time inquiries or concerns.Provide assistance and guidance on payroll and time-related matters.Payroll Compliance:Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in accordance with legal standards.Time Compliance:Track state and federal time off policies, flagging when a system update is required.Audit employee time off policies to ensure accurate assignment within the system. Departmental Mail:Open all Human Resources mail and distribute to the proper individual/department.Respond to all inquiries in relation to field employees. Other Duties and Responsibilities: other tasks as assigned.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1-3 years' experience in a Human Resources or Payroll department.Knowledge of payroll best practices, tax regulations, and employment laws.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsSALARY: Up to $70,000 per yearBENEFITS:401(k) plus employer matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offEmployee Referral programsHealth & Well-being programsWORK SCHEDULE/HOURSHybrid in-office schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
